Rog Ally Prong Grips

I have the ROG Ally but not the xbox version. I find my hands hurt after holding mine for a while. The xbox prong grips seem like they would be so much better but I don't want to buy another handheld.

Does anyone know if grips that are more like prongs exist to attach to regular rog ally??
