International or In-State

I am a current high school senior who has applied to UW for the 2026 fall quarter. When I applied for UW, I was asked to pay international application fee.

I wanted to know if I'd be eligible for in-state tuition given that I have lived in Washington state for the past 6 consecutive years, am on H4 visa (dependent of my dad who is on H1b visa) and completed my high school in Washington state.

Additionally, please let me know if I should contact Common App or UW to change my status from international to Washington resident.
