Confirm still pregnant?

I had an ultra sound at 7weeks pregnant where we confirmed everything looks good and saw a heartbeat. Now I don’t have another appointment with my OB until 12 weeks.

I’m currently 7w6d. My morning sickness has reduced these last two weeks and it’s giving me anxiety. No bleeding, but is there any way to reassure myself I’m still pregnant?! Or do I have to just be a ball of nerves for 5 weeks until my next appointment?
