Ashburn free needle disposal?

Is there a place in Ashburn where I can dispose of needles for free? All I’m finding on the Loudoun gov website requires paying for safe disposal.

I have my used ones in an appropriate sharps container, I just don’t know where to take it. My CVS didn’t have a spot to dispose of them so I’m hoping someone out there knows a place that definitely has a sharps disposal.

I’m on these meds for three months so I’m hoping for a close option or at least in an adjacent town.
