New diagnosis

I’ve had my blood today and Ferratin is 9, my GP saw me and said it’s very low and to start iron supplements for 1 months and she will then see me again and retest. I have struggled with anxiety forever but recently gotten worse, my vision seems off as in bright glares, I’m really tired and just no get up and go. I have to make myself everyday get on with jobs. I’ve now read into low Ferratin and see that all my symptoms be linked to this. Does anyone else related to this and how were you treated? Thanks
