Still hungry after 45 mins of BF?

In need of some advice.. My LO is turning 4 weeks tomorrow. We’ve been giving her exclusively breastmilk, currently pumping since her latch seems to be very shallow. I have an upcoming appointment with the hospitals IBCLC soon. But for the past two weeks, we’ve been working on it at least twice everyday.

I feel like this week her latch has been improving, and for the first time it doesn’t hurt, and i can see her suck suck swallow! However, she’s still falling asleep during our feeds. I try my best to do all the things to wake her up (switch breasts, change diaper, wet wipe, squeezing milk in her mouth lol, etc). She does wake up when i switch breasts, and I started to unlatch her when i see she’s falling asleep.

Anyways, she seemed satisfied after feeding her for a total of 45 mins but then 30mins to an hour later she’s already showing hungry cues :(

On top of that, i have just one bottle supply extra i give her and she finishes the whole 3 oz as if she didn’t just have the breast..

I just want to be able to EBF, and stop pumping every 2-3 hours to keep up with her feeds.

Any advice is appreciated 😫
