FMLA Violated but 2 lawyers won't take the case NEVADA

Location: Nevada

I have a fairly tricky potential case on my hands. I was pregnant this year and notified my employer via text. All was well until a couple of weeks before I went on maternity leave.

Things started to get funny with communications and the person that was taking my position while I was gone is a direct line to my boss. I knew some shady stuff was happening behind the scenes I just couldn't prove it.

I went on maternity leave, never once being told of my FMLA rights beforehand. I did not anticipate being paid on my maternity leave, I took 6 weeks which should've been 8 due to an emergency c-section. However, my boss knew that but never initiated the additional 2 weeks, but I didn't as well. I was paid for my 6 weeks of maternity leave.

Upon contacting my boss before coming back to work, I didn't hear from them. I called them a handful of times leading up to my return and they finally got back to me just a couple of days before I returned. My boss told me there was no position for me at work, that they were creating a position just to bring me back, but they were cutting my pay and my hours. When you do the math, it's significant. I'm losing about $1200 - $1500 a month. This of course has caused a lot of distress in finances, emotions, and workplace trauma/hostility.

As I looked further into FMLA and from the guidance of a family member, it was brought to my attention that my boss and company violated FMLA. They didn't notify me as an employee, my rights under FMLA (which the company falls under completely). They further violated it by not bringing me back at my previous pay and position or equal to position. To complicate it a little more, my boss made us sign mutual arbitration agreements a couple years back.

My question is, what can I do about it? I still currently work here, but I am actively searching for another job. I feel cheated out of my pay and position. Everything has been so sketchy since I've been back. I have felt ostracized and my boss has pushed me out completely of my previous position and relationships with coworkers. My boss has told me to "Stay in my lane" and to stop the work place drama that they have ultimately caused. I'm at a loss of what to do.
