hydroxyzine helpppp

i have 50mg pills!! in the past i tried already overdosing on benadryl to die i came close ended up in the icu after a seizure and ended up with pneumonia but since my mom was with me when i had the seizure i survived … i want to know if i can seriously do the same with my anxiety meds ?????? anyone know how much id need to take
