Just got varicocele

Hi everyone I just found out I have varicocele about a week ago so far I’ve had no shrinkage I think but I am really scared and haven’t bad anxiety. When I sit or walk it feels uncomfortable and I feel constipated when I wake up and pain in my lower back I’m hoping to get a surgery or embolization but am not sure what to do. I am a very active person and like to workout and just want my normal life back if anyone has any advice please respond I feel like I’ll never be the same again and am falling into the worst depression ever.
