Turning a random box into a real personalised jewellery box

I don’t want to spend ages looking for a good expensive one, I have a box I can use. It’s a wooden box, quite flat but the inside of the lid can hold necklaces, and it has an inside I can use and a drawer on the bottom. It’s literally perfect.

All I need is some advice on what material I should be using, like rage same as what the other jewellery boxes use, the hold rings, make segregated squared spaces, like what type of material is this and what type of glue should I use?
