60mg of morphine w low tolerance and im kinda scared

So I have a low tolerance, like ive used oxy maybe like 15-20 ish times, and morphine 4 ish times and never more than 35mg and id either chew the pills or crush and snort em. Today I took 60mg of extended release morphine pills and 10mg of oxy pills at the same time (chewed them), i thought the morphine ones were 5mg but later found out after taking them that they are 15mg.  i took them all around like 9:00 am today (est). i already threw up like 45 minutes ago and im still nauseous, im honestly a little scared it could have been a dangerous amound but I'm not sure, im just super paranoid tbh, so like is anything bad gonna happen or is this normal?
