Help so what do i do

So i recently just gor a switch 2 but i found out that for all the game on it i need my old switch on it but heres the thing… MY MOM GAVE AWAY MY OLD SWITCH! To a cousin in a different country so i need help cuz idk what to do and i dont want to be stuck playing mario kart tour for the rest of my life
