My cat is psycho.

Hi! I took in my cat back in April when he wandered in off the street and wasn’t claimed. I moved to a new apartment in September and he has been an absolute menace ever since, we’re talking literally climbing walls and scratching up the weather veining. I’ve had him neutered and it feels like I’ve tried everything toys, chasing him around, taking him outside, spray bottle nothing has worked and I’m at my wits end. If anybody has any tips on how to calm him down that would be so helpful. Thank you in advance.
