What's current solution on merging leveled lists?

Hi, i'm kinda lost on what the current solution on fixing conflicting leveled list entries? Last time I was modding skyrim I used Wrye Bash but it was long time ago. Currently I'm using MO2. Are there new solutions for creating based patches/merged leveled lists with MO2 or ingame?
