Drug shipping capital of the world

The way the countries laws were changed around 2015 and the way immigration opened up canadas border, I feel like this shit was done on purpose to get to the point we are at right now.

cartels have set up shop in the country neatly, to the point average street gangs are eating good compared to other countries.

Canads has become the top export nation for drugs, in the western world. You go to Europe or australia and you will find canadian drugs even in america. We even produce our own fenty.

Why is canada the only western country that's like this, i know ppl do a little shipping in the states too but why is canada like this, I can tell the police dont care to even catch people or stop operations. Im tryna figure out why they tryna make Canada a safe haven for criminal organisations.
