Long item transfer times (42.13.1, MP)

Does anyone have a fix for this? It's driving us nuts.

When trying to transfer any item, or interact with anything (a door, a car, etc), the progress bar appears but it takes forever for a single action to complete, easily 5-10x longer than normally.

We already killed all our chickens thinking that was it. It wasn't.

Went into admin mode and deleted all ground items, that didn't fix it either.

Relogging helps for about 30 seconds, then we're back to square one.

This bug is making the game unplayable. Help.
