Resprouting already! what to do??

Hello all. I'm in 9a Texas. This year all my amorphophallus went dormant early (like mid summer). Well this fall and winter have been very weird. We had a cold spell and then back to the 80s that only ended last week. Before the first cold spell hit, I brought all the pots indoors as I usually do only to find that each of them has started sprouting already, Well now I have 4 that are poking out about 3-4 inches but I have one that has leaves already! it's 'so early in the winter, I worry that they're going to have some troubles. Is there a way to force them back into dormancy until spring? What's the move here? I was not prepared for them to be flourishing already
