Some transparency is black

I recently switched back to Bazzite after finding a fix to my glitching screen (I have an Nvidia GPU) and it's all been great. However, I have 1 new issue that wasn't there on my first install: some transparency is instead a black box. Mainly, the background of the steam menu (but not the quick access menu) and notifications. I also had this issue when I tried CachyOS with Gnome. My first install of Bazzite used Gnome and didn't have the issue, but my new install (which has KDE Plasma since the Gnome ISO didn't let me download it) has it. Does anyone have any idea for fixes? It isn't a deal breaker, but it does look quite ugly.
