How long is cannabis still good/usable if stored properly?

I grew some cannabis a few years ago without realizing how much a few plants will produce. And then after some disasters trying to create edibles and with it being much more complex than I expected, I lost interest since it wasn't fun. Since then it's been left sitting. I have about 14 jars that are a few years old now. This morning I decided to dump it all into my green bin, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. Is it worth keeping or is it bad now? Will it be OK if I carbolize it?
