Supervisor’s Baby Shower Contribution?

Hi all. My supervisor is having her first baby and one of my coworkers is throwing her a baby shower. She has a registry but most of the stuff has been bought already but we can also contribute towards a group gift. I’m not sure how much money is appropriate/expected for me to contribute?

For context, I really like my supervisor and appreciate her help and support as I had a rough time when I started out working there as a new grad. She’s also one of the younger people I work with so I consider her my work friend though we have no relationship outside of work. Our department has maybe like 80 people but thats split between day shift and nights and we’re not all necessarily a tight knit group.
