I hold an international MD but gpa is 2.9 , Do I hold a chance or no ?

Hello , as the title tells , I am a doctor from Egypt , my gpa is 2.9 . I am in USA now and dont want to pursue medicine anymore . However , I got shocked that my gpa dooms all my options to get into top mba school . Is this gpa any fixable ? how to fix it ? Please , help me I am new in the USA and totally shocked . I feel trapped in medicine . My dream is to be a management consultant . I knew this too late as I had no mentorship or career coach . Thank you in advance , hope I hear from you soon .
