When am I getting my helix stadium XL and what is really going on?! (Canada)

I paid a deposit and placed an order for a helix stadium XL from Long and McQuade (British Columbia) and was told the ETA is end of December/first couple of days of Jan. Today, coincidentally I learnt that the ETA is pushed to March!
what the hell is going on? any one facing the same issue?
I'm financing, and I can't afford to buy one shot.
