Weird war declarations

I have no idea what just happened in my chaos dwarf campaign... hope someone can explain. I have never experienced this before in 600 hours of gameplay.

I'm playing as chaos dwarfs, I'm friendly with norsca and chaos factions. Everything is fine and stable. My reliabiility is very high. I have several non aggression pacts with chaos, norsca and clan moulder. I'm at war with Nuln and Kislev.

Out of nowhere, with no warning whatsoever, my reliability tanks down to very unreliable, and out of nowhere multple factions declare war, and no-aggression pacts end. Really out of nowhere, I have done nothing to trigger it, no agent actions or anything.

This pretty much ruins my entire campaign, I can't fight a multiple front war against everyone. Can someone explain what is going on?

Playing on hard/hard.
