Is anyone else being given special popcorn buckets and cups after ordering regular small popcorn and small drink?

After ordering a regular small combo, I’ve been given a glow in the dark Halloween bucket, a tin Halloween bucket, and this tall Zootopia 2 cup with a diorama in the dome lid.

I’m not complaining. Is this expected? Are they just trying to get rid of inventory? Am I merely loved by all?
