How do you all feel about casual touching?

New to nudism! And infact my love language is physcial touch. So hugs, kisses and cuddles all come naturally to me but I feel like after adopting this nudist lifestyle I have to be very cautious of physcial contact like earlier I didn't use to think about it but now when I meet my friends and their families (and we all are nude) I feel shy to hug them? Is that normal? Anybody else feel the same?
