Colostrum- second trimester

So I’m having some colostrum coming out (19 weeks) and the midwife told me to not touch it, clean it but don’t express or anything. I was having sx with my husband and ofc he’s enjoying the pregnancy boobies but I guess he squeezed too much (not really) and some colostrum came out, like a big drop, enough for him to feel it. I immediately removed his hand. But is this safe? Can he no longer enjoy the Preg boobies? I will definitely ask my Dr next time I see her
