Potentially watching an affair develop?

Employee Story

Lowe's has had the most workplace drama of any place of employment I have ever been part of.

When I started several months ago, I was told by some coworkers to be careful of our cashiers and that they're all drama. I didn't notice too much until the beginning of December, when they moved this girl from the garden center inside to be a cashier at the customer service desk. Apparently she's been here since the spring, and is pretty well-liked by everybody. I've only interacted with her in passing bringing stuff up from receiving to FRST but she's been pretty chill, and also open about the fact that she's got a man and she wears a ring.

Anyway, I think I'm now watching an affair develop between her and one of my guys in fulfillment, and idk if I need to say anything or just watch it play out. (she's 22 and he's 26) Apparently she talks to him way more than other coworkers, and also added him on snapchat? My friend said he's a bit confused about her intentions, and that she's super vague but very comfortable with him. They have some inside jokes and they tease each other a lot- from what I see it looks like flirting, but I also can't tell if maybe that's just her personality. He says he hangs out at her desk when he's bored or she needs help, but he's up there a LOT. I asked him if she was in a relationship, and he said they've never brought it up?? But she literally wears a ring even though idk if she's married or engaged or what. He says he's afraid to ask because it might "ruin what they've got going on" but also according to him there's nothing going on? He also said he's "letting her take the lead" but to me that just feels like he knows she's in a relationship and is just waiting for her to literally ask to hook up.

I don't know what I was expecting from Lowe's, but it's starting to feel like The Office.
