CMV: Women have been silently red pilled.

Do I really even need to explain? we've seen what the algorithm has pushed out in the past few years.

"50/50 bad"

"princess treatment"

"Provider man"

"Sassy Man Apocalypse"

"Men used to go to wars"

"6 feet stoic protector"

"im just a girl"

Now, rational people see this bullshit and roll their eyes like they would any other form of red pill content. But I do find this particularly dangerous when it's spread by women, it's almost a sort of confirmation bias.

Red pill content made by men is well known to be predatory, but when the patriarchy is pushed by women, it almost goes by unscathed. My nephews that are preteens, have been exposed to this content, and I have no clue how to steer them away from a broad platforming of making people feel insecure within themselves. It's sad how the algorithm pushes divisive content, goes viral and stagnates any type of progressive culture so silently. Or maybe i'm over thinking it. Been thinking of this a lot lately, ever since I saw what was on my nephews tiktok algorithm. I think red pill has evolved much farther than the manosphere that were used to. I think it's making its mark on women more than ever now.

I do think algorithms are to blame. Not women, or even men for that matter. But I have noticed these "trad wife" type of trends pop up within my female "progressive" friends. They are absolutely making the rounds in those social circles the same way it was has with men. I don't think any of these ideas are new in particular, I guess you can say I believe now it is strengthened by the algorithm more than ever. You could find this stuff on the internet a decade ago... but you really had to go out of your way to. these days, its pushed in our faces and it's become a more serious issue in my head as a watch the new generation of my family grow. And to be clear, I don't exactly believe that it's wrong to want and strive for a traditional family environment. But the world changes.... these expectations we have for ourselves have been swiftly gatekept by the ever growing system known as capitalism, and it's unfair to for our youth to hold themselves to such unlikely standards.
