I close my eyes being blinded by the light, and hearing a soft voice. “Hey honey, Pete found you on the steps collapsed.” She said walking up to the edge of the bed. “I was so worried about you. You were shaking and cold to the touch. I thought you had a fever.” She smile grabbing the rails of the bar and blocking the sun some from my view. I see her naked body, practically glowing in the sun light as my eyes adjusted. She could tell I was a bit nervous and on edge. “I had to use my warmth to keep you alive.” She replied giggling as I let my guard down and relaxed as she felt like my mother who I missed. Pete walks in not to long after, wearing the same boots I saw last night. Relaxing as I was still alive and not chained up. “Anna, I finished what you asked.
