Cat throw up bile and white foam

Hi, my almost 6 year old male cat the past 4 days has thrown up bile. He’s kinda known to throw up more often but not daily. He just now threw up white foam and has been excessively licking things…for example: doors, table, chairs. I’m thinking maybe a hairball is stuck but I’m not sure. Anyone know what’s going on?
