How to do with a customer who paid for 1H but ask for more because of his behaviour

Hello, i'm doing escort often with chems ( not mine i dont use my own with other and i don't impose with clean people ) but i saw a man 2 times who hosted me and started to talk about his problem, taking drugs, despite my attempt to consolate him with my skills he talk for litteraly 1 hour, and yes i meet a lot of man who like talking, crying, confess, but here after 1 hour of therapy, ( that was the time we agreed ) he asked me to stay, for the same price because "we do nothing", but i had an others obligaton, i left him, he was sad and mad and say i'm a crook. Any advice ? I repeat that i insist delicately to suck him that why i was there.
I undesterdand him, but, if we are agreed for 1h i dont have to do more if he dont want to paid ?
