please help with deleting mcafee

So i had Mcafee for a while. And after a time i stopped paying. Today I got a key and renewed my subscription to Mcafee. After I somehow got the right page to put in the code, it told me to install the app, which I already had. But I had to get the installer. After I installed Mcafee again, i wanted to uninstall the old one, bc I hab 2 Mcafee´s in the same laptop. My problem now, i cannot use Mcafee, i cannot install it again, i cannot download it bc i have "an older version" and have to get rid of it. If i try to get rid of it, i get an message of "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled, what you can try: refresh the page." If I want to get on the page of Mcafee customer support, i get blocked. Can you help me????
