Wrong City for Delivery?!

I ordered some stuff off of etsy about two weeks ago now, and on Saturday I was checking the shipping updates on the package and it said it was out for delivery in an entirely different city an hour and a half away from me and the tracking number is not coming up on the USPS website ?? The USPS website is saying that “tracking isn’t available at this time”. Is this lost mail or is this an entirely different issue? I was looking forward to this package, and especially with it being from etsy, i don’t know what to do lol.

Any help or answers to my questions would be much appreciated, thank you!
