Link to Garmin or Strava

Just go my ring today so just set it up, I’ve manually added the walk I did earlier before I turned it on, but is there anyway to link it to my Strava or Garmin for all my runs in future please ? I saw option for Apple health which I’ve done but I don’t log on there and the Garmin/strava/Runna don’t feed into that either
