Ghosted after 2 months

So I’ve been seeing this girl for around 2 months now, and things had been going well. We went on multiple dates and I slept over at her place almost every weekend. She was even sending me date ideas and posts hinting at me being her boyfriend. Anyways, Christmas break comes around and I went back to my hometown for 2 weeks while she’s still in the city.

A few days ago we were still talking as normal then she just stopped responding to me. I sent her a follow up text today but no response. She posting on social media so I know she’s active. I’ve never been in a relationship before and I’m not sure what to do.
