My 37M wife 28F told me she is poly.

Not sure where to go for advice. Last night my 37M wife 28F told me she has been spending time with one of her coworkers, and slept with him after their company Christmas party in early December. She decided to wait until after the holidays to break the news to me.

I can’t imagine leaving her, and breaking up our family… but I’m struggling to accept she is continuing to see another man in her life, and working with him daily. She wants me to accept she is poly, and is open to discussing boundaries, but said strict monogamy is not an option. Not sure what to do now.

Has anyone here dealt with a similar situation? Any podcasts, books, etc, you can recommend? Thanks.
