Carrying case smoked cigar smell

My wife got me a custom leather made ciar carrying case for christmas. I took it over to her inlaws and enjoyed a cigar on their back porch.

Accidentally left it over there with a 3/4 smoke cigar.

Inlaws put used cigar back in case and now the whole thing stinks like shit.

What are my options to get rid of smell and revive case?
