Reta or Tirz? Can tirz be prescribed by doctor? What do I stack with and completely lost on pricing and trusted websites. NEED help/ advice.

I’m 6’3 266 and want to get down to around 205 within 4-6 months. Feel like I’ve lost all my testosterone and energy. Cannot find someone who lists actual legit labs/pricing/stacks for the life of me. Fully committed to this and will take all the help/ info I can get please.
