Hunger?

I know this isn't the way to do it, but what is the appetite suppressant suppose to feel like? Like today because I was busy, didn't eat anything and my stomach is growing for food... currently at 3mg.

Typically if I eat a small meal or have food in system, is that when the need or cravings are suppressed? Or even a gauge to know it's working is that even fasting it suppose to be suppressed as well?
