Should I take all three sciences in one year?

Context, my plan is to take AP Chem 12 AP Bio 12 and AP Physics 1 in grade 11 next year (currently in grade 10) because I want to apply for engineering and sciences. I’m really interested in biomedical engineering and I’m not sure if it is worth it to take all three sciences in one year for admissions/if I am able to handle it all.
