U7-LITE speed

I just installed a U7 Pro Max and realized I don’t need 6 ghz to achieve gigabit speeds. I replaced a u6-lite on my first floor that would max out at 500-700 mbps. Now I’m thinking about getting a U7-lite to replace my other u6-lite upstairs. Does anyone get consistent gigabit speeds on a u7-lite? I understand that you would have to be near it to get those speeds.
