Resale market

What’s up with the resale market? A lot of simple general releases are going for 100-150$ over retail. I built up my 20+ pairs of AM1’s through a lot of general releases that were often being sold under retail, it’s a niche taste out of all the Nike models (shouldn’t be) but generally was, but I wanted to replace my ironstones and the resale on goat where I used to get mad steals are damn near 400$ in my size. Is it goat the market place or has anyone else seen a shift? While Jordan’s and other hype shoes have tanked, feel like air max 1 prices are getting a bit out of hand
