Risk your life to go clean walls!

Just a rant....we have a big snow storm where I live with freezing rain and an accumulation of 30-40 cm of snow...schools reopen on January 5th from the Christmas break....how can you justify sending cleaning staff to work in a storm and on top of that, not send plows to plow the parking lot? What kind of corruption is this? Money is worth more than safety i guess. We have 3 other days this week that we can come in an do extra cleaning or in some cases f*k the dog cause there ain't shit to do!
