Severe sleep apnea?

I have always struggled with sleeping, everyone tells me I “stop breathing” in my sleep. Ive only woken myself up a handful of times due to not breathing. Additionally, I know I have insomnia (although never diagnosed, same with sleep apnea) as I struggle to actually fall asleep. Once I do, I am a HEAVY sleeper

Thats where my issue lies, since I am such a heavy sleeper, I struggle immensely with waking up on time for work. I have two sonic bomb alarm clocks, with bed shaker, and it was working for a while, but now I seem to also sleep through it. This is something I’ve struggled with for years and has not gotten better. Sometimes I can consistently wake up, other times I am dead asleep and don’t wake up to my alarms. I am grateful my boss is chill, but definitely seems like I’m taking advantage and I don’t want that to be the case.

Sleep studies have fell through due to insurance, working on getting another appointment. Need advice on what has help others
