What are the most glaring/noticeable issues with vanilla that you think should be addressed in a vanilla+ modlist?

I'm trying to create a vanilla+ modlist that's relatively lightweight, but it's hard to narrow down what to include and which are the most important. I'm looking for specific issues, whether it be bugs, balancing, dialogue, AI behavior, animations, questlines, combat, meshes, UI, anything that takes away immersion, etc. Even better if you have a recommended mod for them.

Ideally I'd like to make my own fixes and tweaks compilation mod based on this.
