Rate my small idea

I have a big Hall in a very good locality in raipur. I don't want to rent it. I was planning to open a test center where we conduct tests of different courses like cat, CA, neet, upsc, cgpsc etc for a nominal price of 100₹ a test. This can help people to experience a exam like scenario and they can practice alot. Me being a student know that mostly we buy test series but doesn't complete it. This concept will help to practice alot. We can partner with different coaching as well for test papers like sponsorship . Like a trail of their test series further they can buy that from the coaching itself. Please let me know what draw backs I can have
