I'm worried my relationship is too sexual
I've been seeing this guy for quite a while now, it started with a non exclusive fwb situation and now technically we are still fwb but exclusive and we both clearly like eachother. There are obviously feelings there and he's basically my boyfriend at this point, the only reason we aren't together at the moment is due to the his commitment issues and he's had bad relationship experiences in the past.
Whenever I'm back in uni and we see eachother and hang out, I feel like I don't overthink at all about what we are because he's here with me in the moment. Over the summer and now over this Christmas time I've had to go back to my home town and it's been really hard for me to not overthink. I feel like our dynamic changes so much when we are talking online rather than in person. We don't really have many conversations and when we do sometimes it just turns to a sexual context and I'm a little worried that's all he really wants me for. I've been worried for a while now that he's getting bored of me and he doesn't find me very attractive anymore as well. I understand that's my insecurities talking and I need to work on that but I just wished he complimented me a bit more. I have mentioned this to him before when I got a little jealous over something very dumb and he told me he had thought I had looked pretty when I answered the door but never said anything. I understand he's autistic as well and it can be hard for him but I think I just need a bit of reassurance??
