For those who rent out a spare room in your own one-bathroom house or apartment...

What has your experience been with sharing a bathroom with AirBnB guests? What would be helpful for a newbie to know or plan ahead for?

This question is only for those who have direct experience with this configuration, either as a host or a guest who also hosts. I am excited to start hosting, and there is no way around the one-full-bathroom setup in my house. (There is a half bath in my private living area, but I cannot NOT use the shared shower in the full bath.)
