Bleaching body hair

Ok, sooooo i'm pretty insecure about my body hair as a young woman, like the hairs on my stomach and around those areas, so i was thinking about bleaching it but i don't know...maybe it's a stupid question but- does it regrow like idk the hair on our legs? Because if it does i don't really know what else to do about it...
