Anyone else ever been blocked because they’re a compulsive skin picker?

This happened to me in a Discord server a few weeks ago. Someone admitted to having blocked me purely because I admitted to being a compulsive skin picker. I’m honestly floored. How does that make any sense? I can understand not being attracted to it, or being grossed out by it, or whatever… but BLOCKING someone? I’d legitimately love to hear from you all if you have any idea what kind of mentality could make a person do that because it genuinely confounds me.
